My sister Joan and niece Kate were our first visitors to arrive to Nassau Harbor Resort and Marina, a terrific meeting place in Nassau.
Sailing is not on everyone’s top ten list. In fact, for some passing on a sail invitation feels wise and prudent. Knowing this, it was with great pleasure we welcomed Joan aboard Bistari for a two-night sailing adventure. Kate was all in, but happy to accommodate her mother’s suggestion to limit the number of boat nights in exchange for a few nights ashore.
Rose Island Anchorage was the perfect location to spend two days walking on the beach, swimming, beautiful sunsets and an outdoor movie night on Bistari’s deck.
After providing VIP direct dingy service to the shore of Sandyport Beach Resort, Bistari anchored close enough offshore for us to enjoy a final dinner together overlooking the water.
Left by my sister Joan, who stretched her wings to join us and continues to touch my heart in so many ways.
