Passage up the Atlantic

Terrific three-day passage from Urbanna VA to Sandy Hook NJ.

Left during the heatwave in Urbanna on July 17, 10:30am. Arrived in Sandy Hook Bay on July 19, 7:30pm.

Good winds for more than half passage, light or no wind for remaining time. Small amount of rain was just enough to bath Bistari. Ken manned the helm during the day and into the evenings with brief reprieves by me. My watch was midnight to 4:30am. With light winds in favorable directions, it was a delightful sail.
